Excavation/Reinstatement, HV and Fibre cable installation of 2 x 33KV cable circuits for approximately 25km between a DNO Substation and new Client Substation.
The Cable excavation was fully ducted and routed through towns and villages within highway, footpath and verge configurations. Multiple existing services crossed along the route with bridges, culverts and watercourses.
A total of 45 Joint Bays were constructed for Jointing of cables along the route each having full reinstatement after jointing activities. Approximately 205,000mts of 33KV cable and fibre cables were installed on the project.
The project duration was approximately 1 year and was completed on time.
